Most visitors drive in from surrounding states like Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee. Expect heavy check-in traffic if arriving on a Saturday—many rentals follow Saturday-to-Saturday turnover. Arriving midweek is a great way to avoid elevator delays and parking congestion.

Flying:
If you're flying, book into ECP (Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport)—just 20 minutes from the beach. Ride-share options like Uber and Lyft are available but limited; we recommend renting a car for flexibility.

Where to Stay for the Best First Trip

Look for a beachfront condo with easy access to restaurants, parking, and peaceful views. We suggest staying on the west end of Panama City Beach, which offers:

No front desk check-in needed. Just go straight to the unit and use your keypad entry code, which activates at 4 PM CST.

Beach time is a must, and you’ll enjoy:

  • 🐾 No pets

  • 🔞 Primary renter must be 25+ and present during stay

  • 🧺 Don’t leave beach gear in the condo—dispose of it properly

  • 🏖 Don’t set up tents in front of the rental chairs on the beach
